Kindful Club Yoga & Sound Bath Special: Tiramisu!
This extended class is designed as a journey into connection, with yourself and others.
We’ll start with a guided all-level Vinyasa to Yin class, followed by a relaxing Sound Bath.
We’ll close with a 20-minute social time enjoying a gorgeous (vegan or regular) tiramisu offered by Coccole Tiramisu. Please note: VEGAN Tiramisu is available upon request! Please email: [email protected]
