Yoga & Sound Bath

Higher Ground invites active duty, veterans & first responders to an evening of yoga Nidra & a sound bath . Get your deep stretch and mindful connection, be bathed by sound bowls, chimes, and music - relax, reset, and enjoy camaraderie. We'll have a 90 min yoga Nidra and sound bath @ Red Yoga in downtown Eagle, then head down the street to Pueblo Lindo for dinner.

Please do not register if you think you may not be able to make it, as that can take a slot from another participant who could benefit from attending. Each attendee must register individually in order to capture registration data.
