The TRS Foundation and Golden Hammer initiative were created to invest in the future of the trades—supporting young men and women who are ready to learn, work hard, and build meaningful careers in construction and skilled professions.
Through partnerships with local builder associations, industry leaders, and businesses across the Treasure Valley, our goal is to create real opportunities through scholarships, mentorship, and community support.
