About this Event
Whether you are new to yoga or have been practising for years, this workshop is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Begin with a gentle yoga session to ground yourself in your body, pause for a short break and a cuppa, then move into an introduction to self-compassion. You will be guided through a self-compassionate visualisation, followed by time for optional gentle group reflection.
This practice can support you tobecome your own greatest ally in times of stress, struggle and everyday living - no experience necessary. Just bring yourself. All equipment will be provided.
