About this Event
Join us for a relaxed and flavour-packed Saturday afternoon Thai cookery workshop.
Thai cuisine is known for its wonderful balance of salty, spicy, sour and sweet flavours. In this hands-on afternoon class, we’ll cook together to create a vibrant feast of classic Thai dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients. You’ll learn practical techniques, flavour balancing and key skills that are easy to recreate at home.
Example Menu
- Poh Pia Tod – crispy Thai spring rolls
- Nam Jim Sate – classic Thai peanut dipping sauce
- Laab Gai – Thai minced chicken salad
- Pad Kee Mao – stir-fried drunken noodles
- Som Tam–style salad – green papaya or seasonal alternative
The menu may vary slightly depending on dietary requirements and ingredient availability.
