About this Event
It's sunny, then it's raining. Like showers in Spring, our lives can swing from peace to chaos, joy to sadness and energy to lethargy in an instant. Using the tools of yoga, we will physically and energetically explore how we can face these changes, by adopting an attitude of fluidity inspired by the water element.
This workshop will include:
✱ 75 minutes of yoga asana (movement) and pranayama (breathwork)
✱ A herbal tea and biscuit break
✱ 30 minute journaling session, with prompts provided by me
✱ 20 minutes of Yoga nidra meditation (yogic sleep)
Bring a journal/notebook and pen! No prior journaling experience required.
This class is suitable for all levels of experience. You can practice on a mat or if you are a wheelchair user you can practice from your chair (see FAQ for information on lift access)
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts to make sure we are able to start on time.
