Yoga and Sauna Reset: Move, Sweat, Release
Join us for a 2-hour experience designed to reset your body and mind through movement and heat.
We begin with a 60-minute guided yoga session focused on mindful flow, breath, and deep connection to the body. The practice is accessible to all levels, with options to soften or intensify as needed.
After the practice, we transition into a 60-minute sauna session a space to relax, sweat, and integrate the experience.
In the early stages of this event, the sauna will be shared with other guests at the venue. This creates a natural, grounded atmosphere similar to traditional sauna culture where you can choose to socialize or simply stay in your own space.
