
About this Event
Join me for a yoga class designed to help you move, stretch, and feel better in your body.
Whether you’re new to yoga or have some experience, this class will guide you through a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa styles, focusing on mobility, flexibility, and strength.
We’ll start with gentle breathwork and warm-ups before flowing into poses that help release tension and build stability. Expect a well-rounded session that leaves you feeling refreshed and more in tune with your body.
Yoga mats, blocks, and straps are limited, so I encourage you to bring your own if you have them.
Come as you are—everyone is welcome, and donations are appreciated but never expected.
What to Expect:
• A mix of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga to improve strength and mobility
• Breathwork and relaxation to relieve tension and stress
• Modifications for all levels, so you can go at your own pace
• Hands-on guidance and personal attention
Things to Know:
• Yoga mats, blocks, and straps are very limited, so please bring your own if possible. They are available at a first come first serve basis.
• Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
• Hydration is key! Bring a water bottle.
• The owners of the gym are very strict about their no shoes policy so please remember to remove your shoes at the door. There is a dressing room with lockers and cubbies available for your use directly to the right after entering.
Location:
The class will take place at Rooftop Fitness in Sheepshead Bay. The space is clean, welcoming, and perfect for a rejuvenating practice. Just a few steps from the Q train.
