Join us at Interlude London for Move & Groove, a guided yoga session accompanied by a live DJ set, followed by a relaxed community lunch to share, connect, and nourish.
This is more than just a yoga class. It's a different kind of brunch. Swap the bottomless mimosas for something that actually fills you up. Good movement, good food, and even better company.
