We often enter a new month carrying the momentum—and the stress—of the one before it. On this final Wednesday of May, we invite you to break that cycle.
Join us for a 90-minute hybrid journey at Ohmazing Art of Healing. We will begin by moving the breath and body through a mindful, grounding Vinyasa flow to release the physical tension of the month, followed by deep stillness and Reiki to recalibrate your energy for June.
The Flow: Mindful Vinyasa We’ll start with a "Slow Flow" Vinyasa—linking breath to movement. This isn't about an intense workout; it’s about moving stagnant energy. We will flow through intentional sequences to open the heart and hips, wringing out the "to-do lists" of May and creating space in the body for fresh intentions.
The Stillness: Restorative & Reiki After we’ve moved the energy, we’ll move into stillness. As you settle into supported, grounding shapes, Andrea will provide Reiki healing. This Japanese energy-balancing technique works to quiet the mind and harmonize your subtle body. You’ll leave feeling "lighter" physically open from the flow and energetically cleared by the Reiki.
Who is this for?
Everyone! This is open to all levels - whether you have never stepped foot on a yoga mat or you practice daily, this session is for you. The Yoga portion will be accessible and focused on alignment and sensation rather than perfecting a pose.
