Join Shelley and Mia for a weekend of yoga and Pilates sessions designed in harmony to build strength, flexibility & awareness.....physically, mentally & emotionally.Our retreat, as ever, takes place at the idyllic Bhakti Yoga Centre just outside Carno in mid-Wales. This venue, run by a beautiful group of Hare Krishnas, is in a stunning location surrounded by the Welsh countryside.
All food and drink is provided throughout and specially crafted by our hosts.
