Booking is now open for my next UK retreat. I have secured our fourth 3 night stay at ‘BIG HOUSE BY THE SEA’ with exclusive use of the whole house 19 – 22 June 2026.
The house is in Snowdonia National Park, on the North-West coast between Barmouth and Aberdovey. The beach is a short walk from the house.

We have full use of the Yoga studio, a wood fired sauna and hot tub, outdoor deck to watch the sunsets, fire pit with seating for bonfires into the evening, a cinema plus the studio turns into a dance floor with disco lights and 70’s glitter ball.

Between classes there will be plenty of time to rest and relax, use the hot tub, sauna or take a walk down to the beach. Sarah Hands will be available to help you totally unwind over the weekend with a selection of her lovely massages.
Anyone with any body is welcome, no previous experience is necessary.
