All levels welcome. Just show up and start learning. For those with more experience, bring some pics and vids of postures and flows you want to do.
When the weather is nice we’ll be outside, if the weather is cold we’ll be in the Studio.
Bring water, dress in yoga clothes. Come solo or bring friends.
