About this Event
You will be guided through 108 Sun Salutations on the Spring Equinox to honor the sun and yourself. In yogic tradition, we salute the sun's energy that provides energy to all living things including self.
Led by a 500-hour expert registered yoga teacher, this invigorating practice is exhilarating and mindfulness. You will connedt with your inner strength, cultivate gratitude, and experience the power of community.
What to Expect:
- A 90 minute vinyasa that is broken into three parts with two short breaks
- A practice that will challenge you physically, mentally, and spiritually while honoring the sun and embracing the practice of gratitude
- An emphasis on breath, alignment, and mindfulness throughout the practice
- Session will end with a collective OM where you may choose to participate or witness
- Arrive on time. The practice will begin promptly at 5:15. Once the door is closed, no one else will be allowed in
What to bring:
- Bring your yoga mat
- Bring a towel to wipe away any sweat
- Bring a water bottle
Our instructor is a highly experienced and dedicated yoga practitioner with a 500-hour teacher training certification with years of guiding yoga classes. Embark on this yoga adventure with a community of yoga students.
