Yog Nidra is guided practice designed to take you into a state of conscious relaxation.
🌿 What to Expect
In Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep,You’ll be guided through gentle stretching, breathwork, body awareness, and visualisation techniques that help calm the nervous system, release tension, and support emotional balance.
Expect to leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply rested.
🌈Photos may be taken during the session and may include participants, but never faces — only general, non‑identifiable shots.🌈
🧘♀️ What to Bring
🌟Yoga mat
🌟Blanket(s) for warmth and comfort
🌟Pillow or bolster for under the knees or head (optional)
🌟Socks or cosy layer (optional)
🌟Water bottle
🌿Anything else that helps you feel supported while lying down🌿
