Slow down, soften, and reconnect. A gentle practice to release tension, calm the nervous system, and return home to your heart
YOGA CLASSES IN ENGLISH
A calm, meditative practice where postures are held for several minutes.
We will gently work with the deep connective tissues of the body, inviting stillness, surrender, and presence.
This practice supports the release of accumulated tension, encourages joint mobility, and helps regulate the nervous system.
An invitation to open the heart, listen to the silence, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
A space to simply be, to soften from within, and to return home to yourself.
If you’re new to Yin Yoga or have questions about what to expect, please feel free to message me. I’ll gladly offer a short introduction beforehand so you can arrive feeling prepared and comfortable.
A donation of 10 euros is kindly suggested and greatly appreciated. You’re welcome to offer it in person when you arrive, to help cover the costs
Bring warm socks and comfy clothes as Yin Yoga is not an intense practice and the body can cool down.
Please bring your own yoga mat if possible and your open heart.If you don’t have a mat, feel free to send me an email.
* If you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, herniated discs, recent injuries, recent surgery, are pregnant, or theres something i should know please let me know before class so I can offer appropriate modifications.
