Yin Yoga & Meditation with Maye
Start your weekend grounding with a Yin Yoga practice and intentional relaxing Meditation that will leave you renewed for the week ahead.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice that targets deep connective tissues in the body helping to increase flexibility release tension as well as an opportunity to be in your body.
I will guide you through a breathing exercise followed by a series of gentle stretching poses that we will hold for a few minutes to find stretch and relaxation. We will end the class with a soothing meditation session to help you quiet your mind and find inner peace.
This event will take place at Earth 'n' Us Farm a hidden gem located at 7630 NE 1 Ave ( in vibrant Little Haiti) come practice in nature surrounded by nature and rescued goats pigs chickens and emus.
Class is Donation Based.
