Through long-held, passive poses and intentional breath, you’ll gently stretch the deeper tissues of the body and release deep layers of tension to reconnect with your inner calm. Located in the Moon Room at the Center for Contemplative Justice.
Following the practice, join the Thistle Farms Community Circle at 9 am to continue the spirit of connection and healing in community. Highly recommend if you are seeking a mindful & intentional morning.
