Using props like blankets and blocks, you’ll be gently guided into restorative shapes that promote flexibility, joint health, and emotional ease while targeting and releasing fascia. Yin Yoga balances the busy, outward-focused “yang” energy of modern life, creating space for inner reflection and quiet strength.
