About this Event
Join Yin yoga and sound bath practitioner Emily for this deeply restorative workshop. Suitable for all, including those with no experience of Yin yoga. Please note this workshop requires individuals to be seated on the floor.
Mats and props are provided, however you are welcome to bring your own mat if preferred.
The studio has a bathroom and changing area with secure bike storage on site. Please arrive 10-minutes before the start of the session, late arrivals will not be admitted. Unfortunately tickets are non-transferrable if you miss the event.
Health and Safety: These workshops are not suitable for individuals with pacemakers, those with epilepsy, or anyone who is particularly sensitive to sound. They are not suitable for women in the first trimester of pregnancy. Pregnant women attending past their first trimester must provide a note from their doctor approving their participation. If you have any concerns, please consult your GP before attending a session.
