Join Serafina for a deeply restorative two-hour journey designed to bring you back into balance through your breath, body and mind.
We’ll begin in the studio with a grounding meditation and vitality breathwork session to gently awaken our energy and come home to our bodies. Through conscious breath, we’ll anchor presence, prepare the nervous system and open space for renewal.
Then we’ll move into a guided sauna and ice bath experience, working with the elements of heat and cold to soften tension, deepen relaxation, and build resilience - softly and consciously. The sauna invites you to unwind and release, while the ice bath offers a mindful experience to expand your capacity and reconnect with your breath under pressure.

What to Bring & How to Prepare:
- Please arrive with your swimsuit on and comfy clothing on top, so we can transition smoothly from the studio practice into the sauna and ice bath.
- Bring comfy clothes (Extra jumper)
- Bring a water bottle and an open heart.
- Towels are provided

Info: This session offers a gentle yet powerful journey of release and reconnection through guided breathwork. We’ll begin by grounding and opening the body, then move into a conscious breathing flow supported by music and intuitive guidance. The practice helps calm the mind, open the heart, and bring you back into deep presence. We’ll close with stillness and integration leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself. (Timings may flow a little, as we’ll take our time to change, move between the sauna and ice bath, and shower afterwards. To help make the transition easy and relaxed, please arrive to the workshop wearing your swimwear underneath your clothes.)

Sauna & Ice Bath Ritual

Info: A rejuvenating and mindful hot-and-cold experience designed to reset your body and mind. We’ll begin with sauna rounds to open, relax, and prepare the body, followed by guided ice bath immersion supported by breath and awareness. You’ll learn to use your breath to stay centred in the cold, then return to the sauna for deep rest and integration. Expect to leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and rebalanced - calm in body, clear in mind, and alive in spirit. (Timings may flow a little, as we’ll take our time to change, move between the sauna and ice bath, and shower afterwards.
