Come join us on Sunday,May 31st from 4:30pm-6:00pm for a blissful combination of yoga and acupuncture!
The therapeutic practice of acupuncture is a part of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which teaches that the key to good health is a balance between Yin and Yang in the body.
Registered Acupuncturist and certified yoga instructor, Hannah Sobh, will first guide you through a Yin Yang yoga class, designed to balance both of these energies. You will move through a gentle flow, generating heat in the body, and then cool down with a series of yin yoga postures - lots of slow transitions and deep breaths.
Experience a unique savasana, when Hannah will perform a gentle auricular (ear) acupuncture treatment as you rest. Auricular acupuncture has a strong influence on the parasympathetic nervous system, encouraging your body to rest, digest, and heal. Take this opportunity to regain your inner balance naturally in an intimate group setting.
