About this Event

Softening into Summer: A Sound Bath for Ease & Renewal

As the light expands and the pace of life begins to quicken, early summer invites us outward—into activity, and connection.

And yet, without moments to pause, this rising energy can leave us feeling scattered, fatigued, or quietly overwhelmed.

Softening into Summer offers a different rhythm.

A space to slow down, to settle, and to reconnect—so that we can meet the energy of the season with greater ease, steadiness, and presence.

The Experience

You will be gently guided into a deeply restorative state through a combination of:

An immersive sound journey with beautiful crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls and koshi chimes.
Breathwork to calm the nervous system and support nervous system regulation
Somatic meditation to ground awareness in the body and restore a sense of connection
The resonant tones of the crystal bowls work on a subtle yet powerful level—helping to quiet the mind, release held tension, and guide the body into a state of deep rest.

As layers of stress and effort begin to fall away, the nervous system can shift from doing into being and receiving.

From this place, the body naturally restores, and a sense of balance, clarity, and renewal can begin to emerge.

Why this matters

Many of us are accustomed to moving through life with a quiet undercurrent of effort—holding, struggling, pushing through.

Over time, this accumulates in the body as tension, disrupted sleep, and a diminished capacity to truly rest.

This experience offers an opportunity to interrupt that pattern. Not by doing more, but by creating the conditions for the body to soften, unwind, and restore itself—naturally and with ease.

This experience supports

• Deep relaxation and stress relief
• Nervous system regulation and improved sleep
• Release of physical and emotional stress
• A renewed sense of calm, clarity, and connection
• Greater ease and balance in meeting the energy and demands of daily life
