Ah, the joys of hearing "yes, daddy" or "yes, sir"! Are you a femme or butch daddy, sir, baby girl, or other creative term? Then this event is for you.
In this trans-inclusive sapphic dating event, we'll celebrate femme & butch daddies and the women who love saying, "yes, daddy." The night will be broken into several parts. Each part will involve group games and 1-1 matching with conversation starters to get the flow going. You won't be sitting all night, nor will you get lost in the corner of the room. This will not be usual speed dating where everyone sits and just rotates from one person to the next. Expect games, deep conversation starters, and to interact with everyone in the room. We curate conversation that is meant to bring about actual connection! The night will end with open mix and mingling.
What can you expect?
- We will begin on time. Arrive as early as 6:30pm in order to be all set for our 7pm start.
- We'll start the night with ice breakers to allow the entire group to get to know one another and feel comfortable and loose. The ice breakers will center around ways to get to know everyone in the room just that little bit better. All games will encourage playfulness and connection.
- The night will then move into 1-1 dates. These dates will revolve around an activity to help with the feeling of "what do I do now?" There will be something to do with your hands to allow for some fidgety social lubricant. Daddy Lovers, we ask that you bring an item that speaks to who you are. This will be used for a few rounds of 1-1 matching.
- A mixer at the end will allow folks to connect with those they didn't get a chance to during the structured part of the evening. Many stay about an half hour to an hour later than the event end.
- You may NOT have a 1-1 date with everyone in the room. Depending on how many people attend, it may not be possible for everyone to meet 1-1. This is why we include the group games in the beginning and the mixer at the end. Everyone will meet and while we prioritize everyone meeting 1-1, that can sometimes be impossible within the time frame! Again, this is NOT a speed dating event where you feel like a cog being pushed along in a factory. We are intentional and seek to created deeper connections within the entire room.
