“Awaken, Ignite, Illuminate” at Krohn Conservatory is a three-part writing workshop and open mic series inspired by the Year of the Horse, an emblem of passion, momentum, and bold transformation. Set within nature’s living architecture, this experience invites writers to move with the rhythm of change as it mirrors the human journey. The series begins with awakening,light returning after darkness, then surges forward with fire, movement, and untamed energy, urging voices to run free. It culminates in a luminous, moonlit realm where reflection, shadow, and quiet power reveal beauty in stillness. From first spark to radiant transformation, Awaken, Ignite, Illuminate honors the courage to become, evolve, and shine in every phase.
