About this Event
SEACC hosts the Vietnamese New Year (Tết) Festival, transforming a deeply personal family holiday into a vibrant public celebration that preserves culture, educates the broader public, and unites the community. Through traditional and contemporary performances—such as lion dances, traditional cultural performances, Arts, and youth showcases—the festival promotes cultural pride, intergenerational connection, and cross-cultural understanding. We also set up a mini garden as a photo spot for festival visitors, in line with the event’s artistic theme. By engaging local artists and vendors, the event also supports small businesses and the local economy, ensuring that the traditions and spirit of Tết continue to thrive for future generations. The festival includes food booths, resource booths, a bounce house for children, and games. This event is open to the public at no cost
