to help them cultivate a journaling regimen that works with their lifestyle and that boosts

confidence, self-awareness, and self-love.

Javacia Harris Bowser is an award-winning journalist and essayist and the founder of See Jane

Write -- a website and community for women who write. She's also a journaling enthusiast

determined to show others the power of this practice. Javacia has led journaling workshops

for several businesses and organizations, including Forge Breast Cancer Survivor Center,

Medallia, and ArtPlay. Named an Innovator Changing the South by Southern Living and a

recipient of the 2022 Alabama State Council on the Arts Fellowship for Prose, Javacia’s work

has appeared in The Birmingham Times, Good Housekeeping, Shondaland.com, ELLE, and

many other publications.
