Koffler Arts presents the third WORLD PLAY event, curated by Alon Nashman, on the theme of Light.
About this Event

Koffler Arts continues the WORLD PLAY series of readings, curated by Alon Nashman and launched in July 2025, celebrating Toronto’s extraordinary linguistic and cultural diversity – a city where over 200 languages are spoken!

For Chapter 3, the theme is Light. Invited readers will present texts ––a short excerpt from poetry, theatre, fiction, philosophy, song lyrics, each presented in its original language, and translated into English. -- in a variety of languages unified by a common theme. The audience will be provided with the excerpts in the original languages and English translations.
