Workshop: Yoga, Breathwork and Mindful Eating

Please join my very talented friend Olga Seregina, a certified yoga teacher, and me for a special workshop on Saturday, February 28th at 4:30 p.m. in the 4S Ranch area.

Olga will guide us through a powerful breathwork and restorative yoga session designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.

I will be speaking about life balance….the different components that help us stay strong, focused, and joyful. I’ll share the principles of mindful eating, as well as the importance of perseverance and clarity. These practices not only help me look and feel great, but they have also supported me throughout my real estate career as a real estate broker, helping me stay organized, focused, and successful while connecting with clients and the community. I also hold a Weight Loss Specialist certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), which allows me to share practical tools for healthy weight management.

As someone who loves being involved in our community, I truly believe that when we feel balanced and energized, everything in life works better.
