Walking on Sunshine is a 4.5-hour Feldenkrais workshop featuring four Awareness Through Movement classes, each taught by the London Feldenkrais Collective team, with a short lunch break in the middle.
Together, these four sessions explore how we organise ourselves for walking: uncovering how small shifts in how we carry and move ourselves can make walking feel lighter and more effortless.
How does the relationship between your feet, pelvis, and spine shape the way you move through the world? With summer approaching and longer days inviting more time on your feet — whether exploring new places or simply making the most of the sunshine — this is a timely moment to revisit how you walk.
Suitable for everyone, and particularly valuable for those who feel stiff or effortful in their movement. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and leave with practical awareness you can carry into every step.
Mats are provided; please wear comfortable clothing and bring some lunch for yourself (optional).
