Frances Brown is co-founder and CEO of Nightingale Design Research. Since 2016 the Nightingale team has provided qualitative and quantitative research, market analysis and business support to organisations such as LEGO, NHS England, the Department for Education, Balliol College Oxford and eConsult, to deliver successful innovation.
