About this Event
Take the hassle out of trying to find childcare and squeeze in a workout...you can do both with us! Whether Prenatal or Postpartum, all are welcome!
Join us every Wednesday for our Mommy Workout Class designed for moms of littles from 0 to 4 years of age. *There will be a designated area led by a qualified baby sitter, for kids to stay safe and play while mom invests in her physical health! Kids will always be in sight to mom during the workout.
We encourage mom to do what's best for her so little ones are also optional but of course always welcome. And if your little is small enough to be worn in a carrier while you exercise, feel free to do so!
Class is every Wednesday from 10:30am-11:15am and safe for all fitness levels.
We are a fully equipped indoor space for mom to get a great workout and create community along the way! Class will be led by Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Birth Doula & fellow Mom, Coach T!
Pay per class: $20
Pay for the month: $70
*During your registration, please make note of number of kids attending along with ages. Expecting moms are welcome as well. Minimum of 3 signups required for babysitting services.
Class is limited to 10 kids maximum. **Please note during sign up how many kids you plan to bring along with ages. So secure your spot now!
