About this Event
Workout & Worship is a morning experience designed for Christian women to gather, move, worship, and rest - all in one space. Through music, movement, prayer, journalling and stillness, we explore what it means to be a woman who is well: physically, emotionally and spiritually.
This is a space to reconnect with your body, centre your mind, and encounter God.

Schedule
8:30 – 8:45 | Doors Open / Arrival
Arrive, register and settle in. Enjoy a welcoming atmosphere and gentle music as you connect with other women before the morning begins.
8:45 – 9:30 | Registration & Praise
Begin the day with high-energy praise. Celebrate joy and movement as we set the tone for an uplifting morning. Registration continues during this time, so no one misses out!
9:30 – 10:15 | Praise Workout
Move your body while praising! An accessible, energising workout designed to celebrate movement, rhythm and joy.
10:15 – 10:30 | Break
A short pause to refresh, hydrate and connect with other women.
10:45 – 11:00 | Journalling & Breathwork
A reflective and restorative session. Guided prompts will encourage journalling and introspection, while gentle breathwork will help you slow down, centre your body and create space for mindfulness.
11:00 – 11:45 | Worship & Prayer
This session includes time for guided prayer on body, mind, and spirit, with opportunities to worship and connect with God in community.
11:45 – 12:30 | Closing Prayer, Refreshments & Fellowship
Finish the morning with a closing prayer, light refreshments and time to connect with other women. Celebrate the morning’s journey and leave feeling energised, centred, and spiritually renewed.
