About this Event
Craft, Creativity, Nature Connection and Community are all things that can improve our sense of well-being, physical and mental health, and intuitively, we all know that. We are now beginning to understand "why" and "how", and we can harness our understanding of this phenomenon in service of the well-being and mental health of our communities, adapting to all our different needs and specific situations.
Join us for these 3 weekly sessions, as a small pilot group, to discover and experience the healing power of handicraft, surrounded by nature, in a safe container.
No experience needed, all materials and tools will be provided.
A tight-fit, cut-resistant glove is recommended.
The sessions are free; any donation to the Salisbury Centre would be appreciated but not required.
