About this Event
Welcome to Part 2 of our Women’s Self-Love Workshop series.
This is a safe space for women to slow down, breathe, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
There is nothing you need to prove here.
You do not need to be perfect, healed, or ready in any certain way.
You only need to be willing to show up for yourself.
Workshop Focus
In Part 2, we will explore:
- deepening self-awareness
- noticing the inner voice
- recognizing where self-judgment shows up
- practicing compassion toward ourselves
- continuing to build self-love from the inside out
Intention
This workshop is meant to help women begin seeing themselves more clearly, more honestly, and more lovingly. It is a safe space to slow down and be present with what is true, what is tender, and what is ready to heal.
What to Bring
- a journal
- a pen
- a cell phone with selfie mode, or a small to medium-sized mirror
- a yoga mat
- a pillow
- a throw or blanket for comfort
- a handkerchief or small towel to place over the face if desired, to help create darkness and deeper reflection during part of the workshop
- an open mind and open heart

What to Expect
This session may include:
- grounding
- guided reflection
- mirror work
- journaling
- quiet inward processing
- gentle discussion or sharing
- emotional release
- self-love practices to continue after the workshop
There is no need to perform, explain, or have everything figured out. You are welcome exactly as you are.
