🌿 Women’s Health Yoga – North York
Join me for a nurturing Women’s Health Yoga class in North York, designed to support women through every season of life.
This small, intimate session (max 6 participants) is created for women navigating stress, hormonal shifts, fatigue, perimenopause, or simply craving a supportive space to reconnect with their bodies.
Pregnancy-safe modifications are included so anyone expecting can feel comfortable and supported.
During this 1-hour class, you’ll experience:
• Breathwork to calm the nervous system
• Hormone-supportive movement
• Gentle strengthening and mobility
• Deep relaxation
No experience is necessary. Mats are provided — just bring yourself and wear comfortable clothing.
📅 When: Every Friday, 12:00–1:00 PM starting in May
📍 Where: North York, Toronto
Spaces are limited to 6 participants to ensure personalized attention.
✨ Bonus: Enjoy a short sound bath relaxation at the end of class. Afterward, stay for herbal tea, fresh fruit, and light refreshments while connecting with others in a supportive space.
