Come join the fun at Birth Mark and Family Building Canada's Postpartum Drop-In & Music Group for little ones (0–2yrs) and their caregivers! Together we’ll explore music, play, movement, dance, and song in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Free play between 10:30–11:30 AM, and join our music circle from 10:45–11:15 AM for singing, rhythm, and connection.

We warmly welcome 2SLGBTQ+ families and all allies.
