About this Event
Why Join
In a culture that often measures success through visibility and linear progress, "The Exceptional Us" offers a structured pause - an opportunity to question inherited definitions of achievement and reflect on the moments that truly shape us.
The event will take the shape of a structured, host-led salon designed to move beyond conventional definitions of success and explore the moments that shape who we become.
Taking place on 8 March 2026 at NIO House Amsterdam, this edition centres on women’s lived experiences and perspectives in alignment with the International Women’s Day 2026 theme of shared insight and collective growth.
Rather than focusing on titles or achievements, the gathering invites participants to pause and reflect on turning points, trust and direction - the decisions and values that quietly define a path.

Table Turners Initiative
This gathering takes place within the broader context of the global Table Turners initiative. On International Women's Day 2026, curious and courageous women (and allies) will gather around tables worldwide to explore what it means to lead, love, and live fully. These are spaces to laugh, learn, and lean into conversations that remind us we're all works in progress, and we're not alone.
