Come and join us for this fabulous event specially created to promote self-care and wellbeing for women.
About this Event

This event's theme is Self-Expression and will include wellbeing classes and workshops taught and facilitated by talented and knowledgeable practitioners!

From meditation, breathwork, yoga, Zumba and mindset workshops and classes there will be a perfect blend of activities to enhance wellbeing and self-expression for women!

Classes: Including Yoga, Zumba, Cacao Ceremony, Restorative Breathwork & Somatic Movement!

Workshops: Including Intuitive Painting Workshop, MWE Method Workshop: Uncover the Barriers Preventing True Self-Expression, Free Your Creative Voice Workshop, Me-No-Pause: Empowered Self-Expression Through Menopause & Pen to Soul: Meditative Journaling for Inner Connection & Clarity Workshop!

Free General Admission: The event is free to access and you can book classes and workshops for £15 each on the day (but this will be on a 'first-come first-served' basis, so places will be limited!)

OR we recommended that you purchase your special pre-event package tickets that will include your classes and workshops and a free drink during the day!
