About this Event
The Finchley Society has been caring for Finchley since 1971. Join the Finchley Society's Archive Manager on a leisurely stroll around North Finchley to explore how it has changed and continues to change through time and how local residents, through the Society have influenced this change. Starting from the beginning, with how the Society began through saving the Lodge Lane cottages, examples from historical records and campaigns will illustrate how members of the Finchley Society have and continue to 'conserve, enhance, inform and educate' for the benefit of Finchley.
