Women's Truth Club w/ Dakota

What's Women's Truth Club:

This is a time we put aside in our month to move out of our comfort zone. You only grow if you are willing to feel awkward and uncomfortable. Come bear witness to the experience of being present with other women in who they uniquely are. We will do a blend of somatic experiencing, relational practices, creative exercises, theater, pleasure, and play.]

What Women's Truth Club isn't:

[Truth Club isn't a therapy group or coaching session, although you may receive benefits similar to what you'd experience in those spaces. In Truth Club, we aren't trying to get anywhere, we're aiming to be okay with what is. This is a safe place that is confidential and respectful where you will not be pressured towards any decisions.]

Who's facilitating Women's Truth Club:

[I'm the founder of Authentic Bay Area. I'm a coach and group facilitator who cares about making you feel seen and heard. My professional background and extensive training for the last 10+ years is in addiction, mental health, trauma, interpersonal dynamics, social health, mindset reprogramming, and human potential. I largely facilitate authentic relating, circling, and t-groups. My focus is reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and making authentic, vulnerable connections the norm. I regularly close my eyes to connect to my emotions and physical sensations. When I'm not facilitating connection, I can be found writing poetry or dancing any time a beat comes on.]

Who's Women's Truth Club for:

[Anyone who identifies as a woman, desires a space where they can reveal and process whatever is alive for them while being held, and who wants to co-create a sacred space where they can build relationships with other women over time who are showing up to speak with depth instead of at an informational level.]

Why am I hosting Women's Truth Club:

[I love being a woman. I love women. I love the spaces I can go with women when men aren't in the room. I love the tears, the anger, the frustration, the joy, the pleasure, the sadness, and all of the other forms of radical self expression and embodiment that comes with being a woman when we get out of our heads and into our hearts.]
