Join Jen Berres with guest presenters Tanya Kriesel and Kate Fichtenbauer for a Women's half-day Retreat that will hold space for personal discovery, creativity, and renewal. Perfect for SPRING!In this experience, Tanya will lead a nature-inspired somatic session, with playful movement and imagery to explore the feeling of expansion and growth. Katie will then guide participants through an artistic self-express project that you will get to take with you while we engage in insightful conversations We'll wrap up the sessions with a really gentle Restorative Yoga, led by Jen, complete with a Yoga Nidra that will calm the nervous system and give radiant rest to each participant so your cup feels filled!
Together all of these experiences will help people to connect with both their inner and outer voice-- strengthening one's ability to listen to their intuition and also self-express to others.
The retreat begin and finish the day in circle to share + support each other and sing a couple of empowerment songs.
Arrive to settle at 11:15am
Retreat runs from 11:30-4pm.
Light refreshments will be provided.
