We’ll also discuss practical ways to boost confidence in fitness spaces – like choosing the right kit – making exercise feel more accessible and sustainable for everyone.

Speakers: Rebecca Byrne and Dr Sula Windgassen

Talk Two: 'What Women Get Wrong About Fitness'

  • We will discuss the biggest misconceptions shaping how women approach fitness, and what actually matters instead. For example, are we overcomplicating what counts as a workout; why do so many women struggle to stay consistent; are we setting unrealistic expectations? We will bust the myths and give clear takeaways that the audience can apply immediately.

Speakers: Adele Roberts and Shakira Akabusi
