Slainte Retreats in collaboration with New York City Nutrition, brings you SECOND first Women's Health Summit, an event where you feel heard, seen, and supported.
This one-day event is for women aged 30+ who want real answers, expert guidance, and a community that truly listens. We’re creating a safe and supportive space for you to explore the health topics that matter most—without judgment and with plenty of compassion.

If you have a question where you feel like you’re the only one who must be experiencing e.g. changes in body odor, brain fog, ringing ears, unexpected hair growth that is not on your head etc. we want to hear from you because it’s more likely someone is experiencing this too!
