Women's Frisbee Session + Picnic
(Frisbree Session Only - 11:00-12:30)
Join us for a relaxed and playful women frisbee session, followed by a laid -back community picnic. A soft, sunny morning to move, play and connect — with a touch of Latina community in the mix.
Our frisbee session will be guided by a professional frisbee athlete who will show us simple throws fun games and beginner-to-intermediate techniques we can all enjoy together.
Whether you’re completely new to frisbee or just curious to try something playful and light, this session is for you.
Your ticket covers the frisbee session only.
The picnic afterwards (12:30-14:30) is free and open to everyone — just bring snacks, a blanket and your beautiful energy.
