Women's Day Cacao Ceremony: Sip, Reflect, & Dance

Join us for a nourishing and heart-centered Women’s Day gathering designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and celebrate yourself in a gentle and uplifting way.

In this experience, we will begin with a guided meditation and grounding practice, followed by the sharing of rich, delicious ceremonial-grade cacao — a deeply nourishing drink traditionally used in mindfulness and heart-opening rituals.

After sipping cacao together, we’ll move into gentle movement and light, soulful dancing with smooth R&B music playing in the background — a space to soften into your body, release stress, and enjoy a sense of freedom and joy.

We’ll also have oracle cards available for those who would like to pull a card or two for simple guidance and reflection.

✨ No experience is needed — whether it’s your first cacao ceremony or you’ve attended before, you are warmly welcome.

Ceremonial-grade cacao is pure, minimally processed cacao made from high-quality cacao beans, traditionally prepared as a warm drink and used for its nourishing, grounding, and heart-centered properties.
