A heart-opening afternoon to slow down and reconnect with Cacao, Yin Yoga and Sound.About this Event
Embodied: Women’s Cacao Ceremony
A gentle, heart-opening afternoon designed to help you slow down, open your heart, and embody your authentic self.
Cacao & Journaling
Cacao is a natural, minimally processed plant that has been used in ceremonial settings for centuries. Often described as gently heart-opening, it can support feelings of connection, presence, and emotional openness.
As you sip your cacao, you’ll be guided through reflective journaling to connect with your desires and what you’re ready to call into your life.
Yin Yoga
You’ll be guided through a gentle yin yoga sequence to open the body and soften the nervous system—supporting you to drop out of the mind and into a more embodied state.
Sound Bath
We’ll close with a deeply restorative sound bath using crystal bowls, allowing you to fully relax, integrate, and receive.
