Join the League of Women Voters of Miami-Dade County on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at the InterContinental Miami Hotel as we honor four remarkable women whose leadership and service have made a lasting impact on our community and continue to inspire future generations.
In celebration of Women’s History Month, this event brings together civic leaders, changemakers, and professionals from government, nonprofit organizations, media, and industry to recognize excellence, leadership, and community impact across South Florida.
This year's Women Who Shine honorees will be announced in February.
Tickets include a seated, full-service brunch during the ceremony.

About Women Who Shine
Women Who Shine is an annual awards event hosted by the League of Women Voters of Miami-Dade County during Women’s History Month. Each year, the event recognizes select women leaders in South Florida for their contributions to civic life, business, innovation, and community impact.
Nominations are submitted by League board members, chapter members, and supporters. Honorees are selected by the League’s Board of Directors and notified in advance of the event.
The program brings together honorees, their families and supporters, and community stakeholders, including government officials, nonprofit leaders, and industry professionals, for an awards ceremony featuring remarks from local leaders, scheduled programming, and networking.
