Unlike networking, there's no pitch, no business card, no pressure to perform. It's guided, structured, and warm - built around the science of how humans actually form meaningful bonds.
Using curated friendship prompts and gentle facilitation, we create real conversations. The kind that leave you feeling lighter.

What to Expect
2:30pm — Arrival & Welcome Drinks (10 mins) Settle in, take a breath. You'll be welcomed and guided from the moment you walk in. No awkward standing around.
2:40pm — Intro & Intention Setting (5 mins) A short grounding welcome from your host. We'll set the tone warm, honest, no pressure.
2:45pm — Guided Connection Rounds (45 mins) The heart of the evening. Using our curated friendship prompt cards, you'll move through 5-minute one-to-one conversations with different women in the room. Structured enough to feel safe. Open enough to go deep.
3:30pm — Open Mingle & Soft Close (15 mins) Reconnect with anyone you want to keep talking to. No hard stop, no rush out the door.
Why We Built This
Véa is a neuroscience-informed wellbeing platform for women. We study how stress, connection, and emotional regulation actually work in women's minds and we build experiences around that science.
Speed friending isn't a gimmick. Research shows that structured, reciprocal self-disclosure is one of the fastest routes to genuine closeness. Every prompt, every rotation, and every moment of this evening has been designed with that in mind.
The goal isn't to network. It's to leave feeling seen.
