Jag is the founder of Soul Shine Yoga, a certified yoga instructor, Pranic Healer and personal and executive coach with over 10 years of experience in unlocking human potential. She is passionate about helping people manage stress and anxiety, and cultivate positive energy in their lives through yoga, meditation and coaching. She created Soul Shine as a space for people to slow down, reconnect and live with more intention.
